A recent ruling by the Texas Fifteenth Court of Appeals allows Harris County’s Immigration Legal Services Fund to continue, protecting a crucial lifeline for immigrants in detention. As an ILSF-funded organization, Justice for All Immigrants can keep providing free legal representation so families are not forced to face deportation alone.
