Give Safety, Hope, and Justice this Giving Tuesday

Dear Friends, Partners, and Supporters,

As we move into a season of gratitude, I continue to be moved by the steady resilience of the individuals we serve. This month, we honor survivors like Dora, whose courage to start over again mirrors the strength of so many families who walk through our doors. Her story reminds us how life-changing it can be for someone to find safety, support, and an advocate who believes in them.

We also celebrate the moments that community support makes possible, like our recent naturalization workshop, where we served 16 clients. Thanks to the Texas Bar Foundation’s generous support of our Deportation Defense Program, we are able to stand beside more families across Texas who urgently need access to skilled legal protection. These milestones may appear small, but together they show how compassion, partnership, and persistence create real change one person at a time.

As Giving Tuesday approaches, I invite you to stand with us in supporting immigrant survivors seeking safety, stability, and the chance to rebuild their lives, just as Dora is doing today.
